Event Start Time - 6:30 PM
Rounds will be 30 min (Either 3 or 4 rounds based on attendance)
Prizing:
Each player will receive 1 Pokemon Booster Pack and 1 Pokemon Prize Pack on entry!
The top 7 trainers will get choice of prize with 1st having priority and moving downward to 7th: 3 Play Pokemon Playmats featuring Totodile, Tepig, and Chikorita, 3 Pokemon Champion notebooks, and 1 Pokemon GO team logo notebook.
If there are 4 rounds of Swiss:
4 wins: 4 Booster Packs or $25 Store Credit, 4 additional Prize Packs
3 wins: 2 Booster Packs or $12 Store Credit, 2 additional Prize Packs
2 wins: 1 Booster Pack or $5 Store Credit, 1 additional Prize Pack
If there are 3 rounds of Swiss:
3 wins: 3 Booster Packs or $15 Store Credit, 3 additional Prize Packs
2 wins: 1 Booster Pack or $8 Store Credit, 1 additional Prize Pack
For any cancellation requests, please call the store where the event is being hosted at least 3 hours before the start time of the event. Cancellation requests made within 3 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund.
For any cancellation requests for an event that starts at or before 12:00 PM, please call the store the day before during opening hours.
