All orders will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. We use UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority and FedEx.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Refund Policy.

Final Sale Policy

TCG Singles and any products containing sealed Trading Card Game booster packs are not eligible for return. This includes Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Flesh & Blood, Digimon, and all other collectible singles or sealed booster items.

Eligible Returns

All other products may be returned within 14 days as long as they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition. For damaged or defective items, please send an email to [email protected] for assistance. 

Online Order Returns

Returns for orders placed on www.kingslayergames.com may take 1–5 days to process. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items purchased online may also be returned in-store at any of our locations.

Refund Policy for Event Entries

To cancel and receive a refund, you must call the store at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation requests sent through direct messages or platforms such as Discord, Instagram, Facebook, etc., will not be accepted. 

If the event has not sold out, a minimum of 1 hour’s notice is required for a refund. Refunds will not be issued with less than 1 hour’s notice or after the event has started.
