Shipping & Returns

All orders will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. We use UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority and FedEx. 

Final Sale Policy: TCG Singles and products containing Sealed Trading Card Game Booster Packs are not eligible for return. This includes Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Flesh & Blood, Digimon, Panini and all other collectible singles or sealed booster items.

All other products are eligible for return within 14 days, provided they remain in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Returns for orders made through www.kingslayergames.com can take 1-5 days to be processed and up to 10 business days to credit back the account. 

Refund Policy for event entries

To cancel and receive a refund, a 24-hour notice is required.

If the event is not sold out, or if it sells out within 24 hours of the start time, only 1-hour notice is required.

No refunds will be issued after the event begins if no cancellation notice was given.
