Refund Policy

Final Sale Policy

TCG Singles and any products containing sealed Trading Card Game booster packs are not eligible for return. This includes Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Flesh & Blood, Digimon, and all other collectible singles or sealed booster items.

Eligible Returns

All other products may be returned within 14 days as long as they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Online Order Returns

Returns for orders placed through www.kingslayergames.com may take 1–5 days to process. After a refund has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon by Kingslayer Games.

Items purchased online may also be returned in-store at any Kingslayer Games location. In-store returns require manager approval and can only be processed when a manager is on site. If no manager is available, you may be asked to return at a later time.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Refund Policy for Event Entries

To cancel an event registration and receive a refund, you must call the store hosting the event at least 3 hours before the event start time.

For events with early or morning start times, you must call the store the day before the event to request a refund.

Cancellation requests sent through direct messages or platforms such as Discord, Instagram, Facebook, or similar services will not be accepted.

Cancellation requests made with less than 3 hours' notice will not be accepted.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

All products, prices, promotions, and availability displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, inventory, and other information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Kingslayer Games reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information, or inventory discrepancies and to cancel or refuse an order affected by such an error.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that an item is available or that the order will be fulfilled. An order may be canceled when an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, affected by an inventory discrepancy, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Product Images & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the products offered on our website.

Product packaging, artwork, colors, editions, promotional materials, and other details may occasionally differ from photographs or descriptions displayed online due to manufacturer changes, product variations, screen settings, or other circumstances.

For collectible products where a specific version, printing, condition, or edition is identified as part of the listing, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the item as described.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for activity conducted through your account.
